• Fees:

  • Where a service shows a fee, this fee will need to be paid upon booking

  • If you would like to book without paying the fee upfront, please call our office to make an appointment on (03) 5922 2018, however, the fee will be required to be paid at the appointment.

• Refunds:

  • A full refund will be issued upon cancellation of the appointment​. Refunds for no shows will be at our discretion.

• Cancellation:

  • Cancellations are required at least 1 hour before the appointment
