Cloud computing systems used by MTSE
Below is a list of all cloud computing systems that we may use in the course of doing business with you
Xero Practice Manager
We use Xero Practice Manager to manage all client records (i.e. name, address, phone numbers etc) and for the processing of client Tax Returns.
All Xero data is stored by data hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) with servers located in the U.S.

Office 365
We use Office 365 for our email processing & storage as well as storage of all company and client documentation.
​Our data contained in Office 365 are stored in servicers in Australia.

Accounting Software
We have a mixture of software providers for our clients accounting software. We currently subscribe to the following providers on behalf of our clients:
- Xero (refer to information above)
- MYOB (data is stored in Amazon Web Services Sydney region data centres)
- QuickBooks (data is stored in Amazon Web Services)
FYI
We use FYI for client documentation. All FYI data is stored by data hosting provider AWS (Amazon Web Services) with servers located in Sydney Australia.

NowInfinity
We use NowInfinity for ASIC documentation.
All NowInfinity data are hosted by Amazon (AWS) in Australia. AWS certifications and standards provide the highest level of surety that NowInfinity data storage is only accessible to authorised staff.
Fathom
We use Fathom for client reporting. All Fathom data is stored in Microsoft Azure.

Annature
We use Annature for obtaining electronic signatures. All Annature data is hosted by Amazon (AWS) in Australia.

We use Ignition for providing proposals and terms and conditions to our clients. All Ignitin data is stored in the USA.
