Cloud Computing Systems we use

We use Xero Practice Manager to manage all client records (i.e. name, address, phone numbers etc) and for the processing of client Tax Returns.

All Xero data is stored by data hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) with servers located in the U.S.

We use Office 365 for our email processing & storage as well as storage of all company and client  documentation. 

​Our data contained in Office 365 are stored in servicers in Australia.

We have a mixture of software providers for our clients accounting software. We currently subscribe to the following providers on behalf of our clients:

- Xero (refer to information above)

- MYOB (data is stored in Amazon Web Services Sydney region data centres)

- QuickBooks (data is stored in Amazon Web Services)

- BGL (data is stored in Amazon Web Services in Australia)

We use FYI for client documentation.  All FYI data is stored by data hosting provider AWS (Amazon Web Services) with servers located in  Sydney Australia.

We use NowInfinity for ASIC documentation.

 All NowInfinity data are hosted by Amazon (AWS) in Australia.  AWS certifications and standards provide the highest level of surety that NowInfinity data storage is only accessible to authorised staff.

We use Xbert to monitor client data for anomalies and provide practice insights. All Xbert data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, with servers located in Australia.

We use Annature for obtaining electronic signatures.  All  Annature data is hosted by Amazon (AWS) in Australia.

We use Ignition for providing proposals and terms and conditions to our clients.  All  Ignitin data is stored in the USA.

We use Content Snare for obtaining information and files from our clients.  All Content Snare data is stored in Amazon Web Services in the USA.

We use Refund Manager for managing clients refunds from the ATO. 

We use Syft for client financial reporting and analytics. Syft data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform.

We use Clear AML for our Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) compliance obligations. All Clear AML data is stored on servers located in Australia.

We use GoHighLevel for client relationship management and marketing automation. GoHighLevel infrastructure is located in the United States, using AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

We use Monday.com for task management within our admin team. Monday.com is hosted on AWS, with data centre options in the US, EU and Australia.

We use SyncHub to sync and consolidate data from our various software platforms. SyncHub data is hosted on Microsoft Azure, in the Sydney, Australia data centre.

We use Vinyl as an AI meeting assistant to transcribe and summarise client meetings. Vinyl offers hosting options in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

We use Claude, Anthropic's AI assistant, to support our administrative and advisory work. We use Claude under a Team plan, meaning our data is not used to train Claude's models and is retained within our own environment. Claude data is primarily processed and stored in the USA, though Anthropic may route traffic through data centres in the US, Europe, Asia or Australia depending on the service used.

We use Change GPS (part of the Access Group) for advisory and Tax Planning
