Our Team Members

Sean has over 30 years of industry experience and run his own small business for most of that time, so has a thorough understanding of what it takes to run a successful business.

Qualifications: Registered Tax Agent, Bachelor Business (Accounting), Member of Institute of Public Accountants

Andrew had in excess of 20 years experience with small business and self managed super funds.

Dani has numerous years of experience working within an accounting firm, initially first starting in 2016 working afterschool as a basic filing clerk. Since then, Dani has found herself working in different positions in different firms, from assisting and aiding an Owner’s Corporation Manager with Owner’s Corporation matters, Reception duties, Practice Managing for a Small Independent Accounting Firm and has now evolved into one our Bookkeepers.

Furthermore, Dani’s previous work in the Mental Health and Disability sector also has aided her in having a delicate and caring approach to difficult circumstance and is a great asset to our NDIS Plan Managing.

Rita joined our Yarram branch in 2023 and has brought with her a long history of exceptional customer service.

Over the last year, Rita has worked across most of the business, starting in our bookkeeping team assisting them where needed with client books and is now working with Jess as our Assistant Practice Manage whilst also running our NDIS Plan Management division. A true all rounder.

Kelly has over 25 years Financial Services industry experience and over 6 years of management and IT systems experience. She has worked in many aspects of business as well as the running MTSE so has a vast wealth of business experience and knowledge.

Qualifications: Registered Tax Agent, Graduate Certificate of Public Accounting, Bachelor Business, Diploma Management, Diploma Accounting, Member of Institute of Public Accountants.

Kylie has been handling personal tax returns for more than a decade so has pretty much seen it all.

Also being a local dairy farmer she understands small business and assists with returns for small business.

Jess has come to MTSE in early 2024, with extensive administrative experience to take on the roll as Practice Manager. With majority of her working career in the management field of Finance and Conveyancing, she is well equipped with the skills needed to manage the practice.

She has qualifications in Business Administration and experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable which has allowed her to adapt to the roll and become an asset to the team.
