Sean has over 30 years of industry experience and run his own small business for most of that time, so has a thorough understanding of what it takes to run a successful business.

With over 25 years of experience in the accounting profession, Andrew is a trusted advisor to clients ranging from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to large- consolidated entities and Self-Managed Superannuation Funds. Known for a meticulous approach and deep technical expertise, Andrew provides comprehensive tax solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Throughout his career, Andrew has built a reputation for delivering clear, practical advice in all areas of taxation, including compliance, planning, and structuring. He is passionate about helping clients navigate complex tax legislation, minimize risk, and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys music, AFL, a variety of American Sports, and is always keen to support clients in achieving success, no matter how complex their tax needs may be.

Rita joined our Yarram branch in 2023 and has brought with her a long history of exceptional customer service.

Over the last year, Rita has worked across most of the business, starting in our bookkeeping team assisting them where needed with client books and is now working with Jess as our Assistant Practice Manage whilst also running our NDIS Plan Management division. A true all rounder.

Kelly has over 25 years Financial Services industry experience and over 6 years of management and IT systems experience. She has worked in many aspects of business as well as the running MTSE so has a vast wealth of business experience and knowledge.

Qualifications: Registered Tax Agent, Graduate Certificate of Public Accounting, Bachelor Business, Diploma Management, Diploma Accounting, Member of Institute of Public Accountants.

Kylie has been handling personal tax returns for more than a decade so has pretty much seen it all.

Also being a local dairy farmer she understands small business and assists with returns for small business.

Jess has come to MTSE in early 2024, with extensive administrative experience to take on the roll as Practice Manager. With majority of her working career in the management field of Finance and Conveyancing, she is well equipped with the skills needed to manage the practice.

She has qualifications in Business Administration and experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable which has allowed her to adapt to the roll and become an asset to the team.
